Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise the site work progress on schedule;
- Coordinate and carry out the site procedures, resources arrangement and materials on the construction site;
- Liaise and coordinate with all parties on the site safety and quality of the construction site;
- Handle ad hoc duties and assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Engineering or equivalent;
- At least 12 years’ relevant experience in Building works, Commercial building development and residential projects experience preferred;
- Good interpersonal communication skills;
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English;
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Site Agent.
